Unisex, they run large, order 1 size down (see sizing/care drop-down for measurements). Wide leg sweatpant with elastic waistband and cutouts in the form of flower petals. The ribbons are tied to create a flower shape. Back side features one cut-out close to the top waistband. Pictured with the matching Petal Longsleeve Top in Black.
